SERVICE AGREEMENT

 

System Warranty:

All Computer Systems assembled by  E.S.G.,LLC, (Excluding all Accessories) includes a Limited Warranty of 1-Year on Parts, and 1-Year on Labor.  All Systems will be free from  defects in material and workmanship for up to 1 year from the date of Delivery or Shipment, subject to the conditions and limitations described here-in. Should any part of your system hardware fail within the first (30)  days and up to 1 Year after your Invoice date; E.S.G.,LLC at its option shall repair, service or replace defective parts free of cost for materials and labor only. (Replacements of Motherboards and Hard Drives are based on the Manufacturer's policies). Repair, service, or replacement work will be done at our facility only. These warranty services are non-transferable, and provided to the original buyer only.

This limited warranty covers normal use. The limited warranty does not cover damages caused from failure to provide a suitable installation environment for the product and or accessories; problems caused by products, software, accessories or servicing not provided or authorized by E.S.G.,LLC. It does not cover damage caused by impact with other objects, dropping, falls, spilled liquids / or immersion in liquids, accidents, abuse, neglect or misuse, natural disasters such as fires, floods, earthquakes, lightening, or problems with electrical power such as power surges  and problems caused by use of parts and or components not supplied by E.S.G.,LLC. This warranty does not cover failure to back up data or other files, nor does it cover damage or data loss caused by programs, data, virus attack or other files. E.S.G.,LLC recommends that the consumer maintains a routine backup of the files, data and programs on their systems.

 All parts and products used in the manufacturing and assembling of our PC Systems are purchased new - (Not refurbished) and carry their full manufacturer warranty; Usually from 1 – 3 years. If E.S.G.,LLC repairs or replaces a product, the warranty term is not extended. "Please fill out your peripheral warranty cards and return to manufacturer as soon as possible."

 During the warranty period, E.S.G.,LLC will at it's discretion, repair or replace defective or damaged products returned to our facility. Request for warranty and technical service on your new system is available through our Technical Services Line @ (310) 438 – 2678.  You may also contact our Customer Support Team @ (310) 438 - 2678. It is our service goal at E.S.G.,LLC to respond to your service call within 8 hrs of receipt of our call, no later than the close of the business day of your call.  

Important Note: E.S.G.,LLC., does not warranty any software or software problems: If you install or download any type of software, or make any configuration changes that adversely affects the system performance, we will try to assist in the removal of that software and or configuration restoration. There will be a $70.00 service charge on any such service calls.

ADDENDUM:  "System Upgrades"

ESG, LLC is not responsible for certifying any equipment “New or Used” provided by “You” the Customer. System Upgrades performed by ESG, LLC does not extend the terms of your original warranty. Failure of any equipment provided by our customers is neither implicitly nor inherently covered under the warranty terms listed herein.

Service on any equipment provided by customers will be billed at the standard billing rate – plus the cost of any replacement parts.

 

 

 

Returns

 As all our systems are Special Order and Custom Designed; E.S.G.,LLC has a very strict return policy. 

Returns of any custom configured system purchased from E.S.G.,LLC will be considered and accepted within "15 days of the original purchase date" only in the event that the system is found to be defective, irreparable, or containing faulty workmanship.  E.S.G.,LLC  will work with you to exhaust all possible effort to repair, replace, service, upgrade, or reconfigure any system found to be defective, until we are able to reach ultimate customer satisfaction. 

In the  unlikely event we are  unable to achieve customer satisfaction,  arrangements for a return and refund of purchase price will be made. (Refunds are made on purchase price of "System Hardware" only.) All refunds are subject to a 20% Administrative fee, and require use of a Returned Material Authorization (RMA) Number
